As a retail marketeer at VF Lee Wrangler I was responsible for:
- The marcom calendar of 13 European stores which supported the sales plan by maximizing the promotional impact, without losing track of the margin.
- Building the CRM database, which has grown over 300% in 2 years time thanks to smart actionplans.
- Controling the budget, while ensuring the quality of all assets.
- Development of all instore POS.
- The briefing to suppliers for the development of fixtures and the follow up on the process.
- Direct communication line between HQ and outlet shopping center managements.
