I explore the quantitative dimension in economic research, including economics of farming / the value chain analysis / modeling / meat production modelisation. Having developed a model on the dynamics of cattle population in Tunisia, which allows to make predictions, explore scenarios corresponding to different measures of breeding policy, also studying the profitability of the farming of other species (small ruminants) using a chain approach. I develop also the optimal exploitation of databases across socio-economic aspects using the GIS to specific socio-economic observatory of the Institute.
