In 1986 I began my career in the Aviation Industry with Daniels Service Parts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Durham Aircraft, as a warehouse clerk.
After six months or so I was offered a position in our Quality Assurance Department. My duties included the measuring of all critical dimensions of incoming Aerospace hardware standards (AN, MS, NAS Hardware) and proprietary OEM fasteners and fittings. This lasted for around 3 years, it gave me an exceptional backround for all the parts we sold, and it was about that same time when I started developing a passion for the Aviation Industry.
