A dynamic scientist and team leader who, started his career with the Department of Agricultural Economics, at RAU, Bihar, India and moved to field level research on socio-economic issues related to agricultural sector.The focus mainly has been on programme management and implementation. Worked for World bank sponsored National Agricultural Technology Project (ATMA) and implemented it in such a manner that Govt. of India later adopted it for up-scaling the programme for the whole country.
Has a doctorate in Agricultural Economics with adequate experience of working in an international environment. Worked with organizations like FAO of UN, The World Bank, ILRI, IFPRI, ICRISAT, USAID, Govt..
