I am an information professional with ten years of experience with libraries (academic, public, school, special), government, and non-profits. For many years my specialty was youth services in a public library setting where I mainly served the tween and teen populations. In this role, I provided reference services, homework assistance, created engaging displays, provided entertaining and informational events, and technology instruction. My focus has since changed to digital content management which includes cataloging, document indexing and abstracting, taxonomy management, database management, and metadata.
