Since September 2013, I became the Training Unit Coordinator, who is responsible for setting the training plan for Data Collection Unit, and achieving it according to the Public Opinion Poll Center quarterly plan. My work include setting the training agenda, preparing for training materials and developing training manuals, delivering the training on time, and follow-up after the training. Types of training differs from soft skills trainings and technical trainings related to the survey research field.
