I am discovering the many powers and secrets of Spiritual Breathing. Already, in just four years, I have overcome serious life-threatening disease and also successfully reversed aging. I can boldly claim that I am actually growing younger. I follow Mental Physics, an almost 100-year old discipline based on ancient Tibetan monastic practice. Mental Physics is currently available in Maharashtra under the name "Brahma Vidya".

Building on my experience as a corporate trainer, I have designed and run a unique mentoring course called The LYLT Program which  incorporates Mental Physics with a host of self-development modules that have popularized by gurus like Stephen Covey, Edward de Bono, and
