Dr Goh Moh Heng is the President of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Institute. He was previously the Executive Director of Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Asia, the Asian representation for DRI International. He was a member of the Certification Commission of DRI International (US) and was responsible for bringing DRI International’s BC professional certification to Asia. Dr Goh founded the Business Continuity Group, a technology industry chapter of the Singapore Computer Society, and was its President from 1996 to 1999.
