-identify kaizen ideas based on 7 mudas,muri,mura
-Register QC/CFT/TPS as per the nature of kaizens identified.
- Take action to implement kaizens to standardize work elements and ensuring balanced line/ process.
-Production process is balanced and hand over to assembly
- takt balance chart,time study obsevation sheet,standard work chart,other relevant documents w.r.t the kaizens done in the process.
