Since 2011 when I had my first consulting assignment at Saab AB in Linköping I have had several positions in different roles within the Gripen and simulator development. I have had the privilege to work close to the product development and the requirements for flying software. I currently work as Configuration Manager for all flying software in Gripen E.
As a person I am determined and focused on getting the job done. I am good at building relations and I often hear that I am good at dealing with differences in opinion in a constructive way.
