I am an experienced online toastmaster, and belong to two "Brick and Mortar" clubs, in other words, I attend 2 toastmaster locally in Hamilton New Zealand, and two online clubs to which I attend online. I assist the online clubs in a capacity of assistant VP Education, whereby I use Easy-speak software to place speakers in a prescribed agenda. In the "Brick and Mortar clubs" I assist and mentor new members by giving insight into each role assigned to them, and provide a listening ear to their speech before the member delivers it.
