Mostafa completed his B.Sc. in Business Administration from Benha University (Egypt) and his MBA and Ph.D. from King Saud University (KSU). He spent eight years as a research assistant in the College of Business Administration at KSU on a post-grad scholarship. My previous experiences were in fields of business development and customer service as well. My Areas of interest include:  Strategic Management  Leadership.  Change Management  Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) 
