My research interest involves identification of genomic alterations and investigating their role in complex human diseases using functional genomics, which would finally contribute to better understanding of genotype-phenotype correlation.
Special focus:
Complex Disease Genomics: GWAS, structural genomic alaterations, genome and exome sequence analysis.
Functional Genomics: Gene Regulation, Transcription Factor Regulatory Network, Genome engineering.
