I have over 15 years experience in user-centric software design (UX) and have led people since stating my own business in 2002. In a nutshell, I help businesses grow by enabling them to create better outcomes and experiences for their customers.
My interests are - in no particular order - design and product strategy, research, design integration, team building and workshop design/facilitation.
I've spoken at several conferences and events. I don't enjoy public speaking but I do it to get out of my comfort zone. It's definitely the skill I have had to work hardest at over the years.
