About
I am a founding principal of Fit Associates LLC, a consulting firm based in Pittsburgh. We help teams, companies, and institutions shift their patterns of communication, collaboration, and creative impact. We do this in two ways: short or long-term project work, and training and capacity-building through learn-by-doing programs.
Our best clients and partners are teams and organizations who are faced with challenges of significant dynamic and social complexity, where the system needs a new "the way things are around here," and where a product, service or "solution" would be inadequate on its own.
