Dr Sambath MD, MPH, worked over 15 years in public health and worked with URC, MSF, POLICY Project and GIZ. He has 10 years of experience in M&E; 7 years in health system strengthening including HMIS, patient medical record system and web based database development; and 4 years in HIV/AIDS, RH, Family planning and Maternal Health.
