I have 31 years of experience worked in my country for 16 years in the Iraqi Ministry of Irrigation and 11 years in Libya .. my work in Iraq requires the supervision and implementation, The joint work between the Iraqi Ministry of Irrigation and a number of foreign companies that were engaged in projects of infrastructure and development projects for the years 1983 and 1999, to travel to Libya
