Key Responsibility: Carries out skilled maintenance and repair of various types of Stationary equipmentlike Boilers. Heat exchangers, Water treatment plant, Marine/crude loading ann, Piping system, all types of valves except Control valves, Fire fighting systems,Heaters, Vessels, Columns, Reactors, . Receives verbal/written instructions from engineer, obtains perm.it, organizestools, tackles & spares and completes the maintenance work as assigned. Arrests leaks from flanges, replaces packings, opening of man ways,checking of Boiler coils, etc. Performs valve testing and testing of heat exchangers(nematic, hydro and soap film test) , hydro test of boilers coils.
