I came late to teaching English as a foreign language but wouldn't want to change what I do for any other job. I have worked for 11 years as a self-employed TEFL teacher in Villanueva del Trabuco, Málaga province, Andalucía. I have built up a good relationship with the local people of all ages and backgrounds and I am told that I am known by many more people than I realise! My goal is to give as many Spanish speakers as possible the tools to learn the speaking and listening skills that they often lack, so that they can be successful in their studies or their jobs and professions.
