I passionately aim to serve HES schools with ESL/ELL student populations through continual self development, training, coaching, and leading. My goal is ensure that our young scholars succeed in all academics and become productive members in a growing and changing competitive global society. Most importantly, I strive in ensuring all students achieve Independent Reading Proficiency and competency across all content areas.
