I have lived it and experienced it throughout my career. I have seen companies rise and fall solely from their people management and HR strategies (or lack thereof).

My interest in Human Resources turned into a passion and it became my profession.

Today, I am the CEO of Dynamic Recruit, an HR services firm that offers recruitment, training, HR consulting, and psychometric assessments serving the MENA region. I also serve as a Freelance Consultant for some multinational consulting firms and recently became a SHRM test writer for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications.
