I lead execution for all Venture Advisory transactions at Investec.
My work includes:
1. Sourcing transactions: both Fund raise Advisory as well as M&A advisory
2. Helping companies with the nitty-gritty's of the transaction such as company positioning, due diligence, fund raise strategy among others
3. Helping VCs / PEs in the evaluation of investment opportunities
Previously, I was part of the Debt Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions team at Deutsche Bank advising clients on debt raising
I have completed my MBA from IIM Calcutta in 2013, (CGPA : 7.42/9).
