Xuan Nam Tran (Trần Xuân Nam) is currently an associate professor at Department of Communications Engineering at Le Quy Don Technical University Vietnam. He received his master of engineering (ME) in telecommunications engineering from University of Technology Sydney, Australia in 1998, and doctor of engineering in electronic engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, Japan in 2003.
