My professional development was primary focused on the acquisition of management, leadership, teamwork and coaching & mentoring, outsourcing and innovative business consultant skills and competencies. My long-term goals are to gain experience on different industries by holding management and leadership positions. I’ve held several positions managing teams from 30 to 350 people. My objective is to embrace challenges that make me change and enhance my mind-set of how to resolve problems.
