Natalie C. Postružnik, certified Business Executive Coach, is CEO of Insights Ltd and co-founder of Institute for Development of Human Potentials Zavod Izida Vita. For the last 2 years she was project leader of Include.all (European project for gender equality in the management positions) at Managers'​ Association of Slovenia. She studied management, information technology, journalism, German language and literature. For three years she was elected President of Public Relations Society of Slovenia, for 8 years member of the Board of FC Maribor, for 4 years member of Young Managers Board. She is a member of the expert council of the project Golden Thread.
