After spending five years as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, first on Gillette Western Europe and later on Oral Care Africa, I developed an interest in inclusive business models for sub-Saharan Africa. My degree focus in the Masters of International Business was on understanding how large companies can execute strategies that deliver profit-maximizing results while also serving the best interests of the communities in which they are working, with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa. At Dalberg my projects are primarily in the Inclusive Business space, bringing systems thinking and a private sector lens to some of the continent's biggest challenges.
