At times working in UX feels like being a court mediator and finding a solution to various claims and stakeholders. The challenge is often the identification of the unexpressed business needs, the creative vision and the technical teams ability to execute on the idea. And there are the users with various behaviors and profiles. Their preference may be counter-intuitive to any of the other three stakeholders: clients, designers, and development.
