I am a doctoral candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering department at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My current research interests are in the areas of fabrication, characterization and modelling of nanoscale Devices and Systems, Emerging Memory Technology: RRAM, STT-RAM; Neuromorphic Computing and Bio-inspired Electronic Systems.
