Neal is a seasoned startup guy. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1991, and moved to Dallas in 1993 and Plano in 2000. Neal co-owned 2 software consulting firms in the late 90's, and started a popular deals & coupons site in 2004 which sold in 2008.
