Investment banking (Corporate Action) • Monitor and record entire instructions received of corporate event from stock lender to company. • Interpret and manage controls and risks within all group functions. • Convey and manage entire event deadlines with customers both external as well as internal. • Develop and maintain position to reconcile short, long, borrowing plus lending. • Monitor and record entire instructions received of corporate event from stock lender to company. • Manage Proxy Voting service with all custodian as needed by customers
