In charge of the quality product for different accounts (internal and external customers) providing continuously support and Quality tools to the processes identifying problems drivers and improvement opportunities. Coordinate and assist with the equipment and process validation performing the statistical analysis of the data the measurement system analysis Gage R&R and product reports. Assist in CAPA investigations and responses. Prepare written and graphical summary reports and Key Process Indicators on various activities. Lead and managing multiple projects such as - Implementation of the Extrusion Area. - Transfer of new of molds. - Execution of SPC at Plant Level.
