I am physician assistant working in pulmonary/critical care. Formerly a paramedic; and while I loved and miss that job, I love what I do. I have a great boss and coworkers, and feel that I truly make a difference at work, every single day. I am also the President Elect of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. I am proud to be an active member of a professional organization that fights for its members (and nonmembers) every day for the good of the profession. Also, I am actively pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science at Nova Southeastern University, while working full-time and helping raise a rambunctious and brilliant two-and a-half-year-old.
