Following Novabase strategic decision to growth their international business, Mozambique was the country selected in 2012. I was challenged to be responsible for Mozambique, which included the creation of a local firm, office setup, manage operations and develop business. Highly motivated and fully committed, moved to Maputo, to make Novabase Mozambique an example of internationalization.
