I am a fresh graduate with 5 years experience within the tourism and hospitality industry, with emphasis on the customer care. Most of my skills have been sharpened abroad. Despite my youth, I have lived and worked in 4 different countries: Slovenia,Tunisia, Belgium and Turkey.
My human resources drive led me to put together the first standardization of working tasks for Slovenian biggest tour operator's reps and animators working in Turkey. It was through that experience, along with working at the Slovenian aluminium producing company Talum, that I began to apply theoretical knowledge in diverse HR areas to practice.
