I am Mr. Ngin saorath, I was born in 1974 I was polio since I was 3 year, the youngest in my family. I am married in the year 2005 and 2 kids one boy and one girl, my wife Kea Kun Thea she is 27 years old. I am graduate bachelor degree at IFL and receive master degree of Public Administration. Now I am working at Cambodia Disabled People's Organization(CDPO) as the Executive Director, I established one local NGOs call Cambodia Disabled Independent Living Organization(CDILO), now I am act as the Chair person of AAR WCD, and DAC board member.
