After several years of consulting at BookingBug I joined the team full-time in September 2013, acting as the company's Head of Engineering. The responsibilities of the role include ensuring the company's services are always available to it's customers and to help grow the server infrastructure in line with the company's expanding customer base.

I also act as Information Security Manager, ensuring the company remains compliant with its various certification bodies, and larger customers; creating new policy and processes where required.
