I am a User Experience (UX) practitioner with five years of experience. I believe that great user experience, similar to any other great design, can make people's life better and easier. Great user experience can be achieved with curiosity and empathy, in the help of proper process. I specialise in the following: requirement gathering, user research, information architecture, usability testing and wireframing/prototyping.
