I am working at Institute of genomic & Integrative Biology as research fellow. my work focuses on understanding the molecular mechanism of lipid-protein interactions and deciphering the molecular mechanism which govern these interactions using Molecular Dynamics Simulations.
Membranes are integral part of the cell. they not only separate one cell to another but also separate different organelles inside the cell. Membrane works like trucks inside the cell and transport the material form one place to another proteins help these membrane to obtain different shapes.
so my work is understand how proteins give membrane different shapes. Currently my work focuses on the autophagosome biogenes...
