Nicola is a Director in the People & Organization practice in PwC Middle East, based in Dubai. He has more than 20 years experience as a business and technology consultant. His current focus is on HR Transformation and Technology, Digital HR and HR-driven Innovation. Prior to PwC Middle East, Nicola was working as a core member of PwC EMEA Successfactors CoE, based in Milan. Prior to joining PwC Nicola has worked as a SAP HR consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM, Cornerstone and Workday Practice leader.
