For my friends whom I have recently contacted through facebook, here is an update. I have been in Arlington, VA for about 25 years and two years ago, I retired from the US Senate as an IT Program Manager. Kathy and I have been together for over 14 very happy years. We have decided on our "piece of heaven" as Boquete, Panama and plan to spend half time (winters) there. Kathy and I have moved into the small house and are finalizing the plans for the large house on our property in Boquete, Panama. We just bought some adjacent land.
