I, Nipuna Weerakoon represent the third generation of a family run manufacturing and retail business that has been in operation for the last eighty-five years. Since my young days, I have been actively taking part in the day-to-day functions. I enjoy moving with our employees and motivating them for their career development thus achieving individual and organization goals. My family has given me the opportunity to obtain an academic and qualification in order to develop our organizational goals.
