I support and encourage authentic self embodiment within groups and organisations. Authenticity synchronises individuals at their common deepest humanity, and from this point collaboration arises as a natural phenomenon. Authenticity is the inicial stage to embody the wholeness of 'I Am'. As the process of strengthening self-authenticity unfolds it creates space for many selfs to coalesce and build a common identity. In this process I hold space for the emergence of new understandings within a group or organisations, welcoming new insights and forms of perception.
