I am an organisational consultant, trainer and coach. I help individuals and organizations improve their performance. I do so by providing personal understanding, process-oriented experiential training and building on the awareness of the individual and the team using innovative methods of training and coaching. My work is mainly facilitating teams and coaching individuals who wish to increase their potential and learn new personal and professional skills.
