 Preparing Guidelines Documents and Defining Processes for FTTH OSP & ISP Implementation according to Saudi ARAMCO Standards in Dahran.
 Assuring the compliance of guidelines and safety standards by issuing work permits to the contractor on the site for the practical implementation.
 Evaluation of ISP equipment requirement and issuing Scope of Work. Co ordination with Multi Vendors Ericsson/Huawei/Alcatel Lucent/HP for ISP Equipment (Switches, Servers, WDM, OLT & ONT).
 Practical implementation of Safety Management System and also ARAMCO Authorized Receiver for all kind of telecom jobs within ARAMCO by the Contractors.
