I have great ability of handling people with my communication and interpersonal skills. My main strength includes dedication towards work with patience and commitment. I was proactively involved in tasks of leading groups many a times in my college days. Punctuality and completing assignments within deadlines have always been my asset. Overall I secured 4th rank in my class in my post graduation. I was part of various training sessions pertaining to negotiations, handling of groups and team management skills and many other components of HR that have given me an impetus to be more focused and pursue a career in this field.
