I have a keen interest in developing leaders especially in the Christian missional context. I have a long experience serving in the Liberian church and have witnessed a fundamental growth and development of Christianity in Liberia. I submit that there is a need to develop leaders, who having being processed by God, can build strong developmental organizations that can participate as stewards of God mission, as well as build the environment that will enable God's people to connect with God's purpose and participate in God's mission.
