Besides having experience in Human Resource management and Human Resource Economy study, I do part time freelance on teaching while full time as translator and academic writer. Translating and writing is my passion so far and can't live without it. I'm so addict about it. I do blogging to fill my leisure and being connected with blogger. I've been involved as research assistant for graduate employability studies and always be interested in this field.
