I have a wide range of business experience including strategy development, client development, business development, marketing, business analytics, research, and team leadership. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to build 2 consecutive analytics and research teams at LinkedIn.  I am passionate about using data and insights to drive decision making and results.  While I believe in the power of “big data,” I also believe strongly in effective problem solving to ensure we are always focused on solving the right problems to have the greatest impact.
