Albert has over 15 years of experience in several countries in Southeast Asia, working on natural resources management, conservation, development and sustainable livelihoods issues. He has at least 10 years experience in managing multi-country research partnerships and has research experience in Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. He has a multidisciplinary background covering biology, tropical coastal and freshwater fisheries, environmental management and development, and human geography.
