Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience with Nortel and Genband's North America and EMEA customers such as Verizon Wireless, Sprint, AT&T, Vodafone and France Telecom.
Work experience at Netas Software Development Environment Operations team as Senior Support Engineer. Responsibilities consists of management and troubleshooting of various loadbuild processes located upon Sun Grid Engine, Rational Clearcase Version Object Base (VOB) structures that are located on Linux and Solaris machines and daily basis troubleshooting via ticket system.
Currently working at Siemens R&D Istanbul as Software Configuration Manager.
